Orders and payment

Product descriptions and prices are shown in pounds sterling. An order is accepted when payment has been successfully completed and we send confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or if an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Delivery

Available delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout. Please check the delivery address carefully before completing payment.

Product use

The BeeThrive kit is intended for helping an exhausted bee with a small drop of correctly prepared sugar solution. It is not a toy and contains small parts. Keep it away from young children.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
