Return Policy

Please review this page before opening the shop for orders.

We want you to be happy with your BeeThrive purchase. If you change your mind, contact hello@beethrive.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Unless an item is faulty, it should be returned unused and in its original condition.

Please contact us before posting anything so we can give you the correct return details. The customer normally pays return postage for a change-of-mind return. We recommend retaining proof of postage.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order details and, where helpful, a photograph. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.

Refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and checked. Your statutory rights are not affected.
